Please Take Notice that the Planning Board of the City of Plainfield will hold a public hearing on, December 7, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Plainfield City Hall Library meeting room (First Floor), 515 Watchung Avenue, Plainfield, New Jersey on the application of LE Development at Plainfield , LLC for the property known as 117-127 E. 7th Street, Plainfield, New Jersey. The property is otherwise known as Block 837, Lot 1 on the current tax assessment map of the City of Plainfield. The applicant is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval for a 5 story, 136 residential unit building with amenities. The property is situated in the TODD South Redevelopment Plan/Cleveland Arts and Culture District. Residences are permitted in this district. The applicant will request any variances, waivers and/or exceptions that may be determined by the Planning Board or its professionals in its review of the application.
