CORRECTION OF AGENDA ITEMS

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN I INFORMED YOU that the City Council will be authorizing the Planning Board to conduct an "In Need of Redevelopment" Investigation of Grace Church (Agenda Item R 323-23).   IT WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZING AN “IN NEED OF REDEVELOPMENT” INVESTIGATION OF GRACE CHURCH.

THE REST IS CORRECT.  I HAVE ADJUSTED MY PRIOR COMMUNICATION TO YOU.  PLEASE READ IT AGAIN.

The City Council will be designating LE Development as the Redeveloper for Grace Church and will be authorizing the execution of the Redevelopment Agreement between the City and the Developer (Agenda Item R 327-23).
