The City Planning Board will consider whether to recommend to the City Council that Grace Episcopal Church and its cremains garden (Block 837, Lot 1) be designated as a Non-Condemnation Area in Need of Redevelopment.  The most recent appraisal, building inspection, and asbestos assessment do NOT indicate that the Grace building is hopelessly deteriorated but the report by the City recommends declaring the property “In Need of Redevelopment.”
