The City Planning Board will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on JULY  7, 2022 at 7:00 PM to consider whether to recommend to the City Council that Grace Episcopal Church and its cremains garden (Block 837, Lot 1) be designated as a Non-Condemnation Area in Need of Redevelopment.  The most recent appraisal, building inspection, and asbestos assessment do NOT indicate that the Grace building is hopelessly deteriorated.
