On June 8th the games account posted that at the end of 2023 the game would no longer be for sale digitally or physically and at the end of next year servers would be closed and the game would become unplayable. This is due to the expiration of the license from the lawsuit about the franchise’s copyright. Though a new game is being produced It will not be the same.

This petition is trying to get the attention of Horror Inc, Gun Interactive, Paramount, and all parties involved in production, publishing, distributing the F13 series and all parties involved in the infamous lawsuit.
