Fred is a peaceful tortoise residing in Ross Bridge under the ownership of 17-year old Jayden Cannon. He has lived in Ross Bridge for many years, yet the HOA has decided that this tortoise is an inappropriate pet. Fred has caused no harm to the neighborhood, and doesn’t even bark or poop on other peoples yards like the allowed pets (cats and dogs.) Cannon himself has said: “He means a lot to me. He was my first pet and he will be my last pet because he will outlive me most likely.”  Please show your support to keep this gentle giant in our neighborhood.
