The City of Oakland is trying to shut us down!

We need your help, if you feel that “For the Culture” is one of the safest restaurants / event spaces in Oakland, please take 30 seconds to sign this petition. We are trying to reach 10,000 signatures by Monday.

The City of Oakland has a long history of systematically targeting and vilifying Black-owned nightlife businesses and any space where large numbers of Black people gather. We won’t be taking this lying down.
