Hello Friends of Enterprise South Nature Park!

We’d originally intended to create this video in celebration of 10k signatures, but folks were still sending in videos as we sprinted past 10,000 and found ourselves well on the way to 11k. So, to celebrate yet another milestone, here are the voices– the “why’s,”– the love and the connection to place behind this giant community effort. 

Over 11,000 community members and visitors to our county’s largest and only nature park have said “no” to the removal of protections on any public parkland. Every acre of this park is protected with a forever deed. There is no room for compromise with perpetuity deeds, or we risk changing the meaning of “forever.” 

Thanks to everyone for all the hard work to get us to this point. We might have a marathon ahead of us, but we’ve all been logging a lot of miles at ESNP!  Stay steady. We’re on the right trail.
