EBR School Board:

Dr. Sito Narcisse fails to recognize the leadership crisis at the Dufrocq despite declining enrollment in key programs and devastating DROP in LEAP scores for disabled students.  WE are in it for the marathon not the race!  SAVE DUFROCQ! 

We were upset to see the exact same leadership returned AGAIN with no positive changes to shift the school in positive direction. 

Dufrocq staff continue to cause declining enrollment. Despite years of investment and incredulous awards, Dufrocq staff maintain negative attitudes and low standards for performance. Yet every one returns with no change in behaviors!  

EBR Schools continue to ignore the crisis and send dysfunctional administrators on trips wasting public funds when our building and staff crumble. Supplies are ordered, yet disappear without making it to the classroom.

There are reports of retaliation that have remained unanswered. 

The entire leadership team returned for this school year and continue their rampant disorganization and leave Dufrocq families staff without the guidance they need to succeed. Dr Narcisse and his leadership team including Christal Aguillard, Dr. Brickhouse are HURTING CHILDREN. 

EBR School board release Dr. Narcisse and the entire  leadership chain including Dufrocq's ineffective leadership tired team.  PUT children FIRST and serve ALL kids.  We need a new leadership dedicated the promise of children and truly PUBLIC education. Save Dufrocq today!
