Hello, Davis Lane Community! 

The full courts at Davis Lane Park could be restored at the end of two years!

“The city team will present all of the options that we have been discussing, including replacing the tennis courts and pickleball in the same location, pickleball only in a new location in Davis Lane, and new courts in Oak Park.

With regards to the warranty [new sewer warranty] - it is a two-year warranty. Staff assured us that we would begin planning and development before those two years are up, so that construction can begin at the end of two years, if we go that route.”

I’m thrilled that we’ll soon have a good set of options to consider!

We’ll get more details and an opportunity to ask questions during the second round of community engagement hosted by the City of Arvada, starting with a meeting at the Arvada West Library on September 25th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
