Hello, Davis Lane Community!

It’s remember-to-fill-out-the-survey-day, May 3, 2024! I’m not thrilled with the survey design, but early returns are promising for courts.   Notice on the image for this page that “pickleball courts” are at number three behind only “trails”, and “open space, pond, and creek”.  The city seems to be putting a lot of emphasis on this survey, so please fill it out and encourage your friends to do so as well.

Questions 1 and 2 are fairly self-explanatory, but Question 3 is confusing.  For those supporting courts, I suggest scrolling down to the text saying “Other”, write in the box “tennis/pickleball courts”, click “Add Other”, then add anything else if you like and hit Confirm Priorities when done.  

We’re now up to 229 people who have signed the online petition so far to save the courts!

Please be at the City Council meeting on Monday at 6:00 pm in green and blue to support the effort to save our courts.  The entrance is on the upper level near the city courts entrance. 

This meeting is shaping up to be critical to keeping at least one court available while we figure out how to restore the full court area. Let’s Save Our Court!
