NDP to table a Bill to make the guardrails mandatory!

Olivia Chow will introduce a Bill in Parliament to make the guardrails mandatory. This is to honour the young mom who was killed by a truck last week. My Husband's memory will be honoured by this law too. There is an article in today's Toronto Star. Let's keep the momentum going!
