HELP US FILL THE SEATS! - O'Gorman Performing Arts Center

On Monday, September 15th parents and teacher received an email to discuss the future Christ the King School. The meeting would take place Wednesday, September 17th and it was not discussion. It was only to tell us the decision had already been made. 

Now, this cherished school faces closure. If its doors close, our children lose the stability they depend on, the parish loses its heartbeat and the community is fractured. 

We understand challenges exist, including enrollment pressures, financial hurdles, difficult decisions. But closing Christ the King should not be the only option. Families, alumni, parishioners, and neighbors are ready to step up. We are committed to driving enrollment, raising funds, and working with leadership to find solutions that honor both our faith and our children’s future.

We respectfully ask that Bishop O’Gorman Catholic School leadership and the Board of Directors to keep the school open and give our community the chance to prove what we can do together.
