We again have to swing back into action on the legal front in the coming weeks as Council tries to bypass further public dialogue and scrutiny by a Non-Notified Resource consent. Whether the Council gets it way regarding consent or not we will be in court again to stop their senseless and wasteful Chamberlain Park plans. To fund this next fight we are going to need your support again.

Please note: should we be successful in getting the Resource Consent notified we will be requiring as many of you as possible to put in a submission as to why carving up Chamberlain Park is a dumb idea. We will come back to you with more details on that when appropriate.
