Save Chamberlain Park is back in court tomorrow (Thursday the 8th of February) as part of our legal challenge against the council. An all day hearing is set down at the High Court in Auckland before Justice Simon Moore to conclude a hearing process that began in November last year. It is an open court so all are free to attend from approx 10am - the more the merrier. We expect it could take around three months for Justice Moore to issues a judgement. In the mean time the council has agreed not to commence physical works at the course. Thanks for your ongoing interest and support
