Hello friends!

A quick update for you:

Our petition was brought forward to the City Council meeting on October 11th, we had over 20, 000 signatures on the copy they had from August, yet we have seen no motion yet. We hope to have a chance to plead our case at the next meeting and avoid having the businesses demolished, but for now, we are packing up.

We'd love to see everyone this Sunday, October 19th for our last day of the season! We are doing throwback pricing - $2.50 for 20 pitches! 

Now that we are here at the end of the season, we have one last request for our supporters - please send an email to Mayor Chow and to the Executive Committee! These are the people who can really make a difference at this point, and we need them to hear us loud and clear! Their emails are on the petition page and there is an example email in the comments.

Last, but certainly not least, we want you to know that each and every one of you is greatly appreciated! We had an incredible year and we've been so moved by your love and support. If this is the end, we went out with a bang and could not be more proud.
