We, the undersigned, call on the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) to put an end to plans to sell Canalside House to Ballymore, and to stop its demolition.

We call on RBKC to retain and fully refurbish Canalside House, which provides vital community services to the people of North Kensington and beyond, and to stop the threat of eviction of the community groups resident in the building.

We also call on RBKC to protect our council’s most important community assets and to end the further sales or transfers of ownership.
