ATTENTION!
Campbell’s original Public Hearing Date was Oct 24th @4pm at Wheat Ridge High School. No thought given to a fair & equitable start time to allow families and community members a chance to attend. Folks would have to take time off work, in some cases hours early to attend. It almost appeared as a way for there to be less participation. Many of Campbell’s PTA members, myself included along with plenty of community members wrote to the BoE and District Leaders to voice our concerns. Finally! After much effort and persistence, Campbell’s Public Hearing Date has been MOVED!
NEW DATE:
Wednesday Nov. 2nd @ 6-7pm, Oberon Middle School – 7300 Quail St, Arvada, 80005. The hearing will be in the cafeteria at Oberon Middle School.
Please note: Oberon Middle School will be hosting the Board Study Session that same night in the library. All community members, Campbell supporters, families, teachers and more are encouraged to attend! Come with your comments, questions and hopeful energy.
