The Bydown Terraces are now on the agenda for the Council meeting on Monday 13.10.25.  It is item 11.3 which is a motion being made to place an Interim Heritage Order on the Bydown Terraces.

The short interpretation of the report is the officer who wrote it said an IHO has to be carefully considered as the Planning Department is so stretched dealing with applications for new buildings they barely have time to deal with heritage items!

I, Glen Curyer, co-chair of Neutral Precinct, will be speaking in support of the Interim Heritage Order. As someone signing here wrote - 'once it's gone, it's gone'.

I would like to show Council how great support for these terraces is. If you know someone who you think might want to support and retain these terraces, please pass this petition on.
