Cinque anni fa, ho rilevato un locale storico, in totale stato di abbandono nella nostra splendida città, Genova. Ho investito tempo, fondi ed energie in un progetto a lungo termine, nonostante le numerose sfide incontrate lungo il percorso : mareggiate, furti, pandemia, chiusure obbligate per lavori comunali e sanzioni.

Grazie alla mia resilienza innata e al supporto delle persone attorno a questa realtà, non mi sono mai fermato a perseguire il mio obbiettivo.

Questo luogo non è solo un simbolo della città ma anche uno spazio dove artisti provenienti da tutto il mondo si incontrano e si confrontano. Oltre ad essere un trampolino di lancio per molti musicisti, pittori e dj, abbiamo creato a livello territoriale : turismo, intrattenimento e lavoro per tutte le attività annesse e connesse (Taxi, FS, Bar, Ristoranti, BnB , Alberghi ecc.). 

Da un anno a questa parte continuo a subire ogni settimana sanzioni, e controlli da parte delle autorità per motivi futili, interrompendo il normale svolgimento dell'attività.

Recentemente mi è stata  revocata la licenza di pubblico spettacolo abbinata alla somministrazione di alimenti e bevande in quanto avrei abusato del diritto (art 10 T.U.L.P.S)  Nonostante abbia provveduto a regolare la mia attività alle normative attuali, contro ogni provvedimento a me contestato (impatto acustico, bonifica acustica, porte antincendio, dichiarazioni di conformità, implementazione del servizio di sorveglianza) ho ricevuto una pena non proporzionata alla circostanza, in quanto la stessa revoca dovrebbe essere preceduta da una pena di sospensione (mai avvenuta)

per sistemare le eventuali criticità, come prevede il regolamento T.U.L.P.S. Art.88.

Questa decisione ha negato il mio diritto al lavoro e a tutti i miei dipendenti.

Chiedo quindi che venga riconosciuta l'importanza socio-culturale e storica del Bonfim Club nella nostra amata Liguria. 

Chiedo che mi venga restituita la nostra licenza così da poter continuare a fornire uno spazio vitale per gli artisti locali ed internazionali, poter far godere alla gente uno dei piú suggestivi tramonti di Genova.

Five years ago, I took over a historic venue in a total state of disrepair in our beautiful city, Genoa. I invested time, funds and energy in a long-term project, despite the many challenges encountered along the way : storm surges, pandemics, forced closures due to municipal works and sanctions.

Thanks to my innate resilience and the support of the people around this reality, I never stopped pursuing my goal.

This place is not only a symbol of the city but also a space where artists from all over the world meet and share visions. In addition to being a springboard for many musicians, painters and DJs, we have created tourism, entertainment for the city and work for all related and connected businesses (Taxi, FS, Bars, Restaurants, BnB , Hotels). 

For the past year I kept suffering sanctions, controls by the authorities for futile and unjustified reasons, disrupting the normal course of business.

Recently we have had our license of public entertainment combined food and beverage administration revoked as I would have abused the right, despite the fact that I have taken steps to adjust to the current regulations every measure challenged to me ( acoustic impact , Acoustic remediation, Fire doors, compliance statements, implementation of surveillance service).

I received a punishment that was not proportionate to the circumstance, since the revocation itself should be preceded by a suspension punishment (which never happened), as the T.U.L.P.S. regulation Art.88. stipulates in order to settle any critical issues.

This decision has denied my right to work and all my employees.

We therefore ask that the socio-cultural and historical importance of the Bonfim Club in our beloved Liguria be recognized. 

We ask that our license be returned to us so that we can continue to provide a vital space for local and international artists, to be able to let people enjoy one of Genoa's most picturesque sunsets.
