Another Herald article - this time about the ferries

I guess I'm not quite finished yet. This article in today's Herald is about the ferries. Apparently they're being co-branded at little expense to the operator, probably with a (much cheaper) slap-on logo. They're not being painted blue and grey (thank goodness, or they'd disappear on the water. But so do the buses in the dark.) Where's the consistency, not to mention common sense, in this policy?
