If Sunday was to be the last ever 'King of the North' event at Belle Vue, well then it certainly didn't disappoint with some great action.

In all, a total of 101 cars competed across the afternoon's 15 races.

Worrying though, was that so many visitors were totally unaware of the threat to the stadium's future.

It's clear our message needs to be a little louder and persistent in future weeks as we continue to battle the planning application.
