Everyone, we're so thankful for how far we've come. I never thought a three year legal battle, costing the sanctuary over $300,000, would see us still on our feet, but we're STILL HERE FIGHTING. 

You did this. You are the animals' champions!

Giving Tuesday is underway! This might be our LAST push. If we clear our goal of $65k to catch up on legal fees and cover the animals' winter care, we won't be faced with a bitter decision of how to close. That possibility hangs overhead like an anvil on a thread. 

A Washington judge stated in our favor, that we're following the law and doing sanctuary right, yet the neighbor group STILL hasn't backed off. And the County STILL hasn't greenlit our permit.  Un-freaking-believable. The next (final?!?) round of legal fisticuffs happens in Spring 2025.
