Here is the latest update from the legal counsel on Beau's case. We still need all of your support and shares. This Friday, we will be in a hearing regarding a Motion to Dismiss our appeal. That being said, please remember that this a Court of Law, we are lawyers, a strict code of decorum is always observed. Please feel free to come watch but this is akin to church, only the people in front of the one wearing the robe talk and then only when asked to speak. Your support is welcome, your efforts are appreciated, support Beau, support Danny. No clapping, no talking, no foam fingers waived at the opposing counsel. (As much as we would like to chant our support, this will come down to who has the most compelling legal argument). Also, please support Beau and Danny. However, please direct your support to this Facebook page and not our legal offices. We are both doing what we can and my secretary is about to quit over some of the calls she has had to field. I really need her to not quit. In the meantime, say a prayer, be good to one another, do unto others as you would have them do unto you, and remember, judge not lest ye be judged. Even if we are unsuccessful on Friday, this fight will not end. But we will wear the white hat, and we will play by the rules and we will keep our honor clean. The appellate process does not stop here. We will save Beau. And remember, this all started with a cry for help from Danny. Beau belongs to Danny and it is our hope that they are reunited.
