Many downtown Miami residents were woken up last night by loud noise and spotlights shining into their windows, as the American Ninja Warrior TV show took over Bayfront Park. While the Park's website states that these events will be from 8-11pm, the DNA learned that the events are in fact scheduled to take place all night, through Sunday morning. A few ideas for exercising your free speech rights: 1. The tickets for the taping are free, and there are still tickets available for the "overnight finale" tonight. You can order up to 4 tickets on the linked website below and hopefully contribute to a quick sell-out, empty seats and reduced crowd noise tonight. 2. You can attend the taping tonight and protest (peacefully!) this illegal nighttime disruption to downtown life. 3. You can stay home, and use laser pointers to respond to the intrusive spotlights shining on your building. Thank you for your continued resilience!
