

BREAKING NEWS - A leaked internal document released this week reveals the B.C. government's intentions to expand the wolf cull program, targeting 80% mortality in some areas. This is B.C.’s #WarOnWolves. If we are going to stop this cruel and ecologically indefensible kill program, we need your support.
B.C. taxpayers are picking up the bill for wolf killing programs: the document states that wolf killing costs B.C. taxpayers between $200,000 and $500,000 per caribou herd annually. During the winter of 2018/2019, the average cost for each capture to fit individual wolves with GPS radio-collars was a staggering $9,400. These collared wolves are then used to betray the location of its family for government aerial snipers to gun them down. Industry practices and habitat destruction are causing the decline in caribou populations NOT wolves.
