The B.C. government is on track to kill 1,000 wolves and your help is urgently needed to #SaveBCWolves! For the past five years, the government-sanctioned wolf cull has killed an average of 175 wolves annually — most of which have been ruthlessly gunned down from government-contracted helicopter snipers. To date, 700+ wolves have already been exterminated and there is no sign of slowing down.

Proponents for culling argue that wolves are the primary reason for B.C.’s collapsing southern mountain caribou populations. In reality, the science points to widespread destruction of critical old-growth habitat. By placing blame on wolves, the government has inappropriately allocated $2.2 million to gun down these iconic species, with plans to continue the slaughter into 2020 and beyond. ⁣⁣
