To the Parliament of Australia,

We, the citizens of Australia, call on Parliament to pass a motion of no confidence in Labour leaders - Prime Minister Albanese, and government leaders.

Let us restore leadership (not to change to Liberal) marked by truth, integrity, and the courage to stand against hate for the following reasons:

1.Inaction on Hate Speech & Radicalisation

The government has failed to adequately respond to the rise of radical and violent rhetoric associated with the proPalestinian movement. This fuels radicalisation, undermines national unity, and poses a direct threat to community safety [10][8]. The massive demonstrations held on Sunday, 3 and 31st August 2025, at the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Melbourne’s CBD, and around Australia are a stark example.

  • Rallies have been weekly in our state capitals since Oct 9, 2023 but government response remains silent or tacitly supportive [3][10]
  • August 3, 2025 – Sydney Harbour Bridge and Melbourne CBD “March for Humanity” rallies were organised by Palestinian Action – a violent organisation banned in the UK.
  • Protesters have displayed allegiance to Iran’s Supreme Leader, Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood and other extremist groups; many hid their identities using keffiyehs. One individual was identified as a convicted ISIS Recruiter - still living in Australia.
  • No condemnation of Hamas, Hezbollah, the Oct 7 invasion or ongoing holding of hostages at any rallies.
  • In Melbourne, police watched as protesters burned the Australian flag. [2][3].
  • Protestors call for “Intifada” – a direct call for violence, “Death to the IDF” – a direct threat against the Israeli military, and chant "From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free" – a call for the killing or forced removal of 7 million Jews from the middle east [7][9].
  • Labor figures (Clover Moore, Sarah Kaine, Stephen Lawrence, Anthony D’Adam, Cameron Murphy, Jihad Dib, Penny Sharpe and Linda Voltz) have attended rallies, legitimising their extremist elements.
  • Albanese and Burke have supported the movement for over 2 decades – including heading a rally on 15/10/2000 where Albanese was present as American and Israeli flags were burnt during an attempted storming of the Martin Place U.S Consulate - indulging in extremist behaviour that he won't unequivocally condemn today.

These events promote terrorism and violence under the guise of civil discourse[8][18].

  • 31st March saw extremist groups - NSN and proPalestinian activists clash in Melbourne.
  • NSN attacked Camp Sovereignty, a sacred aboriginal site.

These recent events are putting all Australian lives in danger. - both groups having racist and antisemitic views.

2.  Community Safety and Rise in Crime

Labor's delay in taking strong action on foreign surveillance, antisemitic attacks, threats to Iranian, Jewish, Christian and Hindu Australians, and long time refusal to list the IRGC, Muslim Brotherhood, or Khalistani groups as terrorist organisations, has placed Australian lives in danger.

Labor has caused

  • A 316% rise in antisemitic incidents since October 2024 [15][9].
Harassment of activists and dissidents by Islamic Republic agents [14][26].
  • Iranian Australians facing death threats, cyberattacks, and surveillance from regime-linked operatives [14][26].
  • Attacks on Hindu Australians and places of worship, including a slanderous documentary alleging Hindu disloyalty produced by our National Broadcaster.
  • Australia’s Investor and Significant Investor Visas allow potential IRGC-linked actors and criminals to gain entry to residency [22][23] in Australia.
  • Mass migration - beyond our capacity - has caused the housing/living crisis we see today with over 120,000 homeless multicultural Australians.

3.  Tacit Approval of and Financial Support for Terrorism

Labours delay in taking action despite community leaders’ and analysts’ calls for Magnitsky-style sanctions, targeted criminal investigations, and diplomatic measures to counteract state and non-state efforts to intimidate citizens in Australia, Labor actions have, in practice, aided hostile foreign entities, some of which are listed terror organisations.

  • Limited or no action is taken against individuals waving terrorist flags in Australia.
  • Labor’s pending recognition of Palestine is widely perceived as validation of terrorism, including the Oct 7 massacre.
  • While the Australian Government has called for the release of hostages, the recognition is not explicitly conditioned on Hamas laying down its weapons.
  • Penny Wong’s Statement on Social Media, on 22nd July, made no demand for the return of hostages, sending a chilling message to victims of terrorism [20][11].
  • Labor openly obstructed Israel's defence against proscribed terror organisations Hamas and Hezbollah, including by formally warning against combat with those organisations in Lebanon and Rafah despite Israel being under constant attack.
  • Labor continues to supply funds to Gaza and the Palestinian Authority - 130 mill since Oct 7, despite long-standing and clear evidence of ongoing diversion of aid to terrorist organisation Hamas; the militarisation of civilian, humanitarian & religious infrastructure; and Hamas, PA & UNRWA driven radicalisation of the Palestinian population.
  • ASIO informed Labour of anti-Semitic attacks months ago prior to taking action to list the IRGC as a terrorist organisation.
  • Labour has spent 11.2 mill of tax payers money on policing pro-Palestinian rallies since Oct 9 - despite Australia's housing and living crisis, putting foreign aid before Australian aid.

4. Public Misinformation & Deception

The Ministry of Health in Gaza, which serves as the primary source for casualty and general reports of Gaza updates, is a branch of terror organisation Hamas yet Labor prioritises their narrative over that of our fellow democracy Israel [18][19].

  • Hamas has been exposed using staged images, inflated casualty figures, and sick children as propaganda to portray a ‘national’ famine and humanitarian catastrophe, and for beating and threatening Palestinians that cooperate with Israeli relief efforts [8] [17][19].
  • Official Labor communication, and that of Australia’s Public Broadcaster, either does not report or minimises the near-complete militarisation of Gazan civilian facilities and the use of human shields by Hamas.
  • Labor’s official parliamentary website (How Australia refers to the Palestinian Territories – Parliament of Australia ) when describing the “Palestinian Territories” demonstrably falsifies history.

This is direct misinformation and a sinister misrepresentation of historical events by Labor, promoting the distorted Palestinian narrative.

5. Undermining Regional Peace & Domestic Security

  • Australia’s decision to recognise a Palestinian state leaves hostages with dwindling chances for survival and enables the Palestinians continued oppression by Hamas [4][6].
  • It validates Hamas’ actions, including the obscene Oct 7 invasion, for which Labor was (indefensibly) twice publicly thanked by Hamas.
  • The USA has expressed strong disapproval of the decision, warning it could aid Hamas, complicate negotiations and endanger hostages.
  • This decision has damaged our alliances leaving Australia's National security at high risk and open to terrorist attacks, noting Israel and the USA are key intelligence-sharing partners.
  • Albanese and Wong have chosen to legitimise the narratives of a listed terrorist organisation, with accusations of mass starvation and publicly condemning Israel for the ongoing war, despite that organisation holding Israeli hostages [20][11]
  • “In the UK, nearly 40 senior members of the House of Lords issued a legal warning that recognising a Palestinian state while it remains governed by Hamas—a designated terrorist organisation—could violate international law, citing failure to meet the established criteria for statehood [5][15].”

In Conclusion

Millions of Australians—regardless of faith or politics—no longer have confidence in a government that:

• Fails to protect its citizens from hate and violence;
• Legitimises terrorist propaganda
• Abandons its moral responsibilities to truth and peace;
• Betrays democratic allies while appeasing extremists.

This is not a partisan appeal.

This is a call for accountability!

I ask my members of parliament to establish a motion of no confidence in Prime Minister Albanese, and leading members of Foreign and State leadership.

Let us restore leadership marked by truth, integrity, and the courage to stand against hate, extremism and division - and restore the Australian values we all honour.

Australia comes 1st!!!

Urge your party to reconsider its leadership.
