Front-page News: More Miami Herald Coverage of the Allen Morris Brickell Park Story

Last week continued to see a slew of Miami Herald coverage of the Allen Morris Brickell Park story. The original report by Catherine Odom made front-page news in the Monday edition of the Miami Herald and the Editorial Board published an opinion piece in support of preserving the park as a public park. Additionally, I wrote in a Letter to the Editor, which was printed in Sunday’s paper. 

Thank you to the Herald for supporting the telling of this story. Without the media support and involvement, residents would have little to no knowledge about the true story behind the loss of this public park, given the limited transparency and information-sharing.
