Good news! The Carlton Serrano Tenants Association has formally appealed CASE NO: CPC-2024-914-DB-SPPC-VHCA to the Los Angeles City Council Planning and Land Use Management Committee. We will have a hearing date soon.  However, to win, we need to pressure Councilmember Hugo Soto-Martinez's office to support our appeal.  Please email Council Member Soto-Martinez and feel free to use our template.
