We need your help again, URGENTLY, today! In Tomorrow's Board of Commissioners Meeting, the developer, who now owns the 40 acre forest at 4994 Rockbridge Road, will request an extension of the sewer capacity, which has the only purpose to develop (clear-cut) the land.

Dear Commissioner Bradshaw, dear Dekalb Commissioners,

My name is...., I am one of the petitioners of the Rockbridge Neighbors Initiative, which has the goal to preserve the 40 acres forest at 4994 Rockbridge Road. 
I am concerned about the request of Kyle Williams, representing Captura Rockbridge Acquisition I, LLC, with the agenda item number 2023-1511.

Mr. Williams requests a one year extension of the term of the "Agreement for Construction and Financing of Sewer Upgrades by and between DeKalb County, Georgia and Captura Rockbridge Acquisition I, LLC" (dated as of June 23, 2023), and additionally requests a one year extension of the County’s approval of his request for sewer capacity.

I ask you to deny this request, because it jeopardizes all efforts to preserve this valuable old growth forest with approximately 9000 trees, including many more than 170 years old.
I'm asking for your support to maintain Dekalb County as an environmentally healthy and attractive place worth living in.
