Save 30 lakh: 3 million dogs from slaughter!

Save 30 lakh: 3 million dogs from slaughter!
The Issue
Imagine you are driving down the highway, and you come across a splashed dead dog in the middle of the road. How do you feel? In a world that I live and exist in, I know compassion still exists, and majority of people would feel a pang of momentary sadness, if they witness an animal dying in that manner.
Now picture yourself watching 30 lakh: Three million stray dogs being slaughtered—just killed—lost, vanquished in thin air! If you do not understand the significance of the sentence above, you need to take some empathy lessons. For those who do, I want you to know that the statement above is true.
Morocco, the stunning country known for its argan oil and beautiful lamps, is considering putting 30 lakh dogs to death bed in order to host the FIFA World Cup in 2030. Spain and Portugal will co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup alongside Morocco. I am not talking about the country implementing deliberate population control measures, such as vasectomy or tubectomy, to monitor the growth of stray dogs or putting them to better use for training purposes or hybrid breeding or sending them to neighbouring nations, launching "adopt a dog" mission ; rather, I am talking about them merely putting 30 lakh dogs to death to clean up the streets because they do not realise the animosity of this heinous act.
How cruel and barbaric is it? To what extent is this solution effective? How humane is this solution? 30 lakh dead dogs becoming a solution for happy FIFA! I don't even think, that football fans across the world may approve of this. How can a bunch of people sitting at a cloudy desk decide what should be done with thirty lakh animals?
Would it have sounded more inhumane if I had been discussing the death of thirty lakh humans instead? That would have created and sparked the word "genocide"? So, shall I call this mass animal slaughter, an animal centered genocide"? Imagine thirty lakh human beings getting slaughtered, how does that make you feel?
Those who have owned pets understand the profound pain of losing a pet, as do those who stop by the side of the road to feed puppies, set up shelters, or rush a dog to rescue. Humans are social animals, after all, and I hope that they stress the importance of emotional and intellectual literacy so that people can comprehend the meaning of the claim that 3 million dogs are killed in order to clean up the streets.
I want to draw attention to this "crude mass animal slaughter" on the raised pan so that international organizations can look into it and individual citizens can become more aware of the issue. Even if the nation claims that they won't be pursuing such heinous acts, animal rescuing organisations should make sure of it. I hope that people step up and spread this message as much as possible to raise awareness about it. These dogs must be saved, and they truly need to be rescued.
