That is the question everyone is asking. India is country with abundance of labor. So filling a position isn't difficult. Those at lower levels don't have their say in strategic matters of the company, then why do they have such long notice periods. Instead of long notice periods to lower attrition, the companies should rather focus on improving work culture for the employees.
