Meeting. Know what is going on in your town. Attend and voice your ideas on "Just Cause Evictions" "Subleasing Rules"
Do not let things move forward without your voice being heard.

Plan to attend or write a letter to citycouncil@cityofsantacruz.com before 5 pm on Jan., 7th.

Be aware even though Measure M was defeated the Santa Cruz City is moving forward to make ordinances regarding some rental issues.
