If you want to stop unwanted, speculative house planning applications in Sandbach, please sign this!! 

Sandbach is becoming over developed and under invested in to accommodate the multitude of speculative developments that have and are being approved by Cheshire East Council. 

Information being presented in favour is misleading and inaccurate. 

Cheshire East has over provided housing over recent years and yet the Strategic Planning Board are selecting to not have this over supply included into the 5 year supply plan. 

This petition is to:

1. Demand that Cheshire East utilise the option take previous housing over delivery into account in order to declare a 5 year housing supply, effectively reinstating the Local Plan and Sandbach Neighbourhood Plan.

2. Reverse the decision that previously approved the speculative planning application for 180 homes on land off Bradwall Road Sandbach ref 25/2406/OUT.
