In forcing hundreds of Unsheltered San Diegans out of their camps with nowhere else to go (50 beds held for cops to offer wholly inadequate), the Mayor is doing EXACTLY what the Federal Centers for Disease Control says NOT to do: "A simple Centers for Disease Control search will reiterate the fact that once an outbreak is confirmed, one of the crucial elements of controlling it is containment. That is, if there is a population that is more likely to contract a disease, it would be wise not to displace those people.
