Bringing our  5yr old Twin girls home will put my family back together and give us a chance to live life like we were before my babies were kidnapped from us by C.P.S. Aka CHILD PREDATOR SERVICES. Bringing Zoey and Jenasis home will also let my other two children who are in my custody get back to just being a kids, and not having to deal with stresses and worries that children their age should'nt be dealing with. Also it will be the safest place for my twins to be. There is no place like home and no one else can Love your child like you. Everyday I worry about who and where my babies are placed with, and at such a young age if something bad was to happen who is gonna be there to protect them and would they even tell someone because they are so young. I’m afraid they are gonna forget who their mommy, daddy  is and who their brother and sister is. Please help bring ZOEY AND JENASIS FRANKLIN TWINS HOME TO THERE LOVING MOTHER, FATHER, BROTHER AND SISTER. We have done nothing wrong but yet we are being punished as if we are criminals.

The girls were removed from their fathers custody after a 2 month CPS investigation.Dad was being investigated because he had fell asleep and when he woke up the girls were gone.So like any parent would do he called 911, so after everything was said and done it had been determined that the daughter of the  god mother had came and picked the girls up from dads house as planned but dad was asleep so she left a letter and took the girls, the letter was found after the fact. The responding officers told dad that they were going to have to make a CPS report.  At the same time I was scheduled to meet with the CPS worker Cecily Fernandez for a meeting at her office , she was removing our girls from the god mothers home and placing them in a foster home. Some may ask what was illegal, well it was an illegal seizure of our  girls because she did not have a court order, any exigent circumstances, or a voluntary release from the parents. What she did was she coercied, intimidated and threatend  the father to sign a declaration , which is illegal and makes that document void . Social workers have no right to force someone to sign a document by using threats or coercion.,so in order to cover up THERE  illegal ACTIONS. She lied to me and told me a judge had already signed a warrant for her to remove the children which turned out to be a lie as well and I have the entire thing on audio recording , she then coerced me to sign a document even after I refused to sign it several times abd even requested to have an attorney look the document over which I was denied. The social worker even made the statement " the end result is the same you will not be leaving here today with those girls" .  I have had there therapist they pay for me to see say that I'm the non offending parent and they don't see why CPS will not place the girls with me .It makes no sense or does it , ITS ALL ABOUT $$$$$ AND THAT'S WHY THEY DON'T  WANT TO PLACE MY GIRLS WITH ME , THEY HAVE TO MEET THERE MARK IN ORDER TO GET THE FEDERAL FUNDING FOR NEXT YEAR. I BELIEVE THAT THIS CPS WORKER NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL THE LAWS SHE HAS BROKEN SUCH AS PERJURY, FABRICATING REPORTS, VIOLATION IF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION 4TH , 5TH , 14TH AMENDMENTS, CIVIL LIBERTIES AND I CAN NAME SEVERAL MORE BUT I'M SURE YOU GET THE IDEA. CPS HAS TO MUCH POWER AND THIS HAS TO STOP . HELP ME HELP US MAKE A CHANGE, LETS PUT AN END TO THE LEGAL KIDNAPPING OF INNOCENT CHILDREN. CFS refuses to look into the actions taken by the social workers and refuse to hold them legally responsible for perjury , coercion, lies, threats, illegal removal, and the State and Federal laws that pertect my children and I . CFS just tries and sweep the fact that they messed up under the rug as if it does'nt matter, just to protect themselves and the department. SOCIAL WORKERS AND THEIR SUPERVISORS SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR NOT REPORTING THE TRUTH IN THE COURT REPORTS , ESPECIALLY WHEN CHILDRENS LIVES ARE AT STAKE ...THERE IS NO ROOM FOR LIES, FABRICATIONS , OR THERE OWN PERSONAL FEELINGS TO REPORT INACCURATE INFORMATION.
