Our "STAND FOR ANIMALS" continues TODAY!
Today, March 14th, 2023 starting at 2:30 P.M. we are again protesting the treatment of animals, animal rescues, and tax-payers by the City of Apple Valley and their animal shelter Apple Valley Animal Shelter(AVAS). The protest begins at 2:30 P.M. We are gathering in front of the Apple Valley Animal Shelter (AVAS) in the City of Apple Valley. We peacefully gather on the sidewalks in front of the animal shelter and walk back and forth. We have signs for those who do not have signs. Some use this opportunity to photograph and video capture animals for networking purposes too.

After the protest, some of us gather at the local Starbucks. Then, around 6:00P.M., we gather at City Hall in the City of Apple Valley for the meeting that begins at 6:30 P.M. If you want to speak up for the animals, fill out a Speaker's Card. They do public commenting at the beginning of the meeting so we are up first.

The City of Apple Valley Is Fighting Against Our Protest
The City of Apple Valley will no longer allow public commenters to call in comments to the City Council meetings. So many faithful animal lovers were calling in, they've decided to silence those who were standing up for the care of animal rescues and animals in AVAS's care who are homebound.

The animal shelter employees and city staff continue to harass and threaten petitioners by blocking petitioners from networking their animals online which in my opinion is illegal. City Staff is also making threats to protestors and stopping all communications. And sadly in my opinion, the AVAS staff continues to lie and retaliate against protestors which only causes the death of the innocent.

We Are Gaining National Support
Many major news publications are starting to take note of what is happening at Apple Valley Animal Shelter. Celebrities are also starting to speak out against the many abuses they have witnessed. They are tweeting and sharing too. Many of us are participating in stories that are in the process of being written by major news outlets about AVAS. AVAS is refusing to participate and provide information to most of the news sources so many investigative reporters are using other means to uncover where they are hiding the bodies.

In closing...
We are not going to stop until the City of Apple Valley commits to treating their animals and the community who supports these animals HUMANELY. Please join us at the protest or come meet us at the City Council meeting today. This is the time to bring your stories forward to save the animals in their care. You are their only voice. And in my opinion, it's much worse in Apple Valley than I ever thought. Much worse.

Warmly,
Theodore Trentman
