A dog witnessed at Apple Valley Animal Control in the Towne of Apple Valley, California is being killed today after staff leaves him without food potentially for days.

This video was shot on January 24, 2023 around 2:30 PM. You can read the Profile Sheet in the video where it states the dog is Adoptable and in Good condition. Someone tried to adopt him today, January 25 and the shelter lied and said he is aggressive. They put him on the kill list today saying he was AGGRESSIVE. 

Please note that lying in a tax-funded position is a CRIME. We are going to pursue this matter legally if Solomon is killed. Someone tried to adopt him today and they would not allow him to be adopted.

Hello Mayor and City Council, this is what the animal rescue community calls "retaliation killings." The Director is known for punishing people who try to help the animals. Oversight is immediately needed.

I'm asking people all around the county and the world to please help us bring love and transparency to Apple Valley Animal Shelter. They are killing 1000s and 1000s of animals while refusing adoptions and assistance from local rescues. Someone out there help us help the animals. Someone please help Archie.
