David Caretto, Jeff Mathieu, Randall Putz, Bob Jackowski, Bill Jahn, Kelly Papp and others are responsible for the order to kill a local Big Bear families' two dogs after losing their home. After a private Big Bear family went to animal control for help, Big Bear Animal Control agreed to go to the families current living situation and remove their family pets. A new Big Bear Animal Control employee reported the animals acted strangely while being removed from the home. I don't know about you but if animal control came to my house and tried to remove my dogs from the property, it is only to be expected my dogs might act a little strange.
