First let me say, I have always stated I am a fan of all the employees at the Big Bear Animal Care and Control facility. The employees located at this facility are amazing people. Matter-of-fact, ask Tammy and Kyle if I don’t tell them that almost every time I see them. I’d like to make a public documents request. I’d like to see the lease that is maintained with San Bernardino County (SBC) Animal Care and Control for the building located at 42080 N Shore Dr, Big Bear, CA 92314. I’d also like any agreements the City of Big Bear Lake has with SBC Animal Care and Control giving them authority to collect fees and fines from residents of our city. Finally, if there are any other agreements with SBC Animal Care and Control or other departments of which I am not familiar, I’d like to see those agreements as well. Please include agreements with the County Board of Supervisors and the Department of Public Health’s Animal Care and Control Division.
