Ibby lost her life today...
She was terrified from the moment she got to Devore. Labeled rescue only for that fear.

After calling to find out what happened, I was told that a new intake was placed in her kennel yesterday after arrival. The dogs seemed to be doing fine together until today. Shelter says they do not think the fight was over food but there was a fight.

Ibby's injuries were severe & she was euthanized due to the injuries.
She lost her life today & we are heartbroken. She did not deserve to have this done to her.

The only thing we can do now is honor her memory by helping to save the life of another husky at Devore. Please pledge on, or better yet offer to foster another husky at Devore. Do it in memory of Ibby. This is how we show her that her life mattered.
