There wer 14 dogs CODE RED yesterday at DEVORE. Galen and Bentley were murdered yesterday, both healthy dogs, just fearful and scared. Their only crime? ENDING UP AT DEVORE WITH KELLY PAPP IN CHARGE THAT DAY. There was another dog given no extension - that dogs crime? Get ready for the absurdy of this.....he injured his tail in his cage from WAGGING HIS TAIL.....because he would NOT stop wagging his tail, KELLY PAPP GAVE THE ORDER THAT HE BE KILLED IF NOT RESCUED! Thank you to the rescue who saved that happy tail wagging pup....saved from certain death for wagging his tail. This is absurd and shows the mentality of those in charge at this County shelter! A shelter that tax payers give their hard earned wages too.
