This is the first day in a long time that there is NOT a KILL LIST for the Devore Shelter. I wish it was the other way around. When a dog is in the shelter for less than 1 WEEK and is placed on a KILL LIST by a shelter with EMPTY Kennels, there has to be a reason that is $$$ motivated. They are not killing for space.
