I believe that we are all smart enough to recognize corruption and something that "just doesn't smell right" when we see it. When a shelter like DEVORE kills young and healthy dogs DAILY when there are open and empty kennels, they are NOT killing for SPACE, they are killing for other reasons. Are they killing because they are just plain evil? Perhaps. Are they killing for money? More than likely. Are they killing for profit? I would say that is the main motive. Are dogs disappearing? Perhaps - dogs disappear from shelters ALL the time. Does something smell here? HELL YES! PLEASE EMAIL THESE PEOPLE - DAILY OR WEEKLY OR AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN. They need to know that people are watching and we are not going away. Our goal is to give these dogs time to be rescued or adopted. To kill young dogs with no health issues and most are at the shelter for no more than ONE WEEK, just plain smells bad. EMAIL these people!
