San Bernadino  County Children and Family Services or Cps. 

1. I know that children and family services saves alot of innocent babies and teenagers lives. As much as that is true they ruin people's lives with their pages of dishonesty and assumptions. It's been reported is not a good enough reason to take your babies from you.  They need to do their job properly. Children belong with their families. God bless those who take those sweethearts in without question. Everyone deserves to be loved. If you have a parent fighting for their babies and you have no proof of any abuse give the children back to their parents. It's the way of God. No one can take better care of my babies than their mother and father can. Not everyone has a family member who can take your 3 children under 4 in and take care of them. That doesent mean that those children don't have grandparents and uncles and aunts cousins ect. That love and care for them. DCFS is in the contrary ruining that child or children's lives adopting a child to stranger when there is no abuse or neglect happening in a family is kidnapping and selling someone precious baby. Disgusting. The juvinile court is a court not of record meaning they have no transcripts. It's pretty hard to appeal a case with no transcripts. They basically do as THEY SEE FIT. 

IF SOMEONE IS TAKING YOUR CHILD FROM  YOU THATS LIKE  TAKING YOUR LIFE  YOU WOULD WANT A JURY . ...YOU WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE TO BE IN FRONT OF A JURY. I MEAN THESE ARE HUMAN LIVES WE ARE TAKING ABOUT HERE, AND NOT JUST ANY HUMAN LIFE BUT YOUR BABIES. I MEAN WHO KNOWS WHAT HAPPENS TO THESE CHILDREN AFTER THIS AGENCY STEALS THEM. IT MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH. SEEING YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHERE YOUR BABIES ARE. A MOTHERS WORST NIGHTMARE. THAT IS THE SITUATION IM IN RIGHT NOW. PLEASE SIGN.

A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE  ALWAYS SAYS "TRY AND TAKE A GRIZZLY BEARS CUBS AWAY FROM HER ,YOU BETTER RUN. SHE  IS A FORCE TO BE RECCON WITH . I AM NO DEIFFERNT. I AM A MOTHER AND WILL NEVER STOP FIGHTING. 

SAN BERNADINO COUNTY CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES HAVE  AN ALTERNATIVE WAY OF HANDLING A SITUATION. IF YOU HAVE DISCUSSED YOUR ISSUES WITH THE SOCIAL WORKER AND THE SUPERVISOR AND YOU HAVE NOT ACCOMPLISHED WHAT YOUR ISSUE IS THEN YOU CAN REQUEST ADR. Alternative dispute resolution.  It's in the cps Manuel. In my case I did just that and they never showed up to the arbitration to rebuttal my Proof and damand contract that I sent out with me having it notarized and them not showing up to rebuttal it shows as it being The truth. At this point the agency is nothing short of kidnapping my babies. The arbitrator award was in my favor. 

1. MY CHILDREN ARE MY PROPERTY AND I DEMAND THAY  BE RETURNED TO ME AS PER THE ARTIBRATION AWARD THAT WAS N MY FAVOR. PLEASE HELP ME GET THE ATTENTION OF THE PEOPLE THAT CAN HELP ME IN THIS MATTER. SIGN MY PETITION.
