I have been talking with people from Samsung. They did change the policy to "Cancellation upto 2 hours" with a "2% cancellation charge" I feel this is ridiculous and just a empty gesture to silence us... I have now requested them to escalate this issue and am waiting to hear back from Samsung... will keep everyone posted!
