Galaxy S Duos owners payed a fair amount of money for this mid-range smartphone to have a slow performing smartphone, even slower than low-range devices like Galaxy Y.

This device need to improve:

- Multitasking. Now you have to clear recent used apps all the time so you can use your phone or it will start to freeze and hang all the time. It isn't handling well multitasking or closing unused apps.

- Keyboard performance. Sometimes (maybe because of the poor multitasking) keyboard becomes unresponsive, and you need to type very slow or the phone wont recognize what you typed. Or will recognized everything at once, freezing the device for a bit (this is very annoying).

- Touchwiz performance is horrible, from time to time it gets slow and you cant scroll smoothly. It hangs and freeze all the time. Not even Galaxy Y acts like this phone.

- Contacts and Dialer apps are extremely slow to load and operate. You cant scroll through the contacts without hanging or freezing. Using profiles pictures makes things even worst. And both apps takes 3 to 5 secons to load (for 60 contacts), this is too much. When you are in a hurry to make a call it gets pretty annoying. I compared with a Galaxy Y with 1000 contacts and the Galaxy Y was a lot faster!

- Camera app takes long to load.

Also this device had at launch the promise to get a Jelly Bean update that possibly could fix or decrease this problems. And 8 months later nothing was released or announced about it.

So we ask that Samsung fix this issues, because we are very unhappy to pay for mid-range device and have less performance than a low-range device.

We payed more to get less!
