Its not about the Structure, its about the Leadership!

To clarify, this petition will be given to Sam Papa as the Kaumatua on the Committee as hard evidence that the community supports the retention of Papa o Te Aroha Marae as it is. The problems facing the marae are not about the structure (as the Committee see it), but about the leadership of the marae (and many of you in the community have said it in your comments). At last months Tokoroa Catholic Maori Society meeting held on 17/10/15 we put our hands up to develop and present a strategy that addresses the real problems facing the marae. This petition is the first step in that process.
