The Issue

Hello, your website is currently listing the vacant property at 805 Baron Road in Orlando, Florida - MLS #O6344674. The land is owned by Waterford Trails residents John Do and his wife Xuan Tuyet Lai.

They also own the DL Nails & Spa at 5957 South Goldenrod Road, Suite F.
According to Zillow, the listing agents are Sam Nguyen and
Trangdai Nguyen, both of
Florida Realty Investments. It appears that their brokerage is with AmeriTeam Realty. Both may be members of the esteemed National Association of Realtors.

It appears that Sam’s Florida license is null and void. He’s apparently doing business without a valid one. You’re welcome to forward this letter to regulatory agencies, news media, real estate professionals, or others who may be interested.

The bucolic photos and descriptions on your website are not accurate, realistic, or current. It’s unknown if this mistakenness speaks to the ethics, research, or diligence of the real estate agents. Lacking some of the proper permits, more than four years ago, John Do sloppily burned, slashed, bulldozed, and razed that land. Against Florida state wildlife laws, dozens of native gopher tortoises were inhumanely smothered underground in that careless bulldozing. Do immediately killed most of the attractive trees and bamboo. He demolished the previous, well-constructed fence and gate that are in your photos. The family of an enlisted military soldier, who had built an animal enclosure for Second Chance that’s in the photo as his Eagle Scout project a few years earlier, kindly reached out to Do to ask if they could have the plaque bearing his name. John Do allegedly destroyed the entire enclosure, including that young man’s name plaque. The picturesque front swan pond was filled. Later, John Do carelessly erected a dangerously weak wooden fence and cheap chain-link gate. Weeds grow in front of and throughout this eyesore now. It’s shameful what John “Do-spicable” did to this formerly attractive refuge that Second Chance, Timber Creek High School, Boy Scouts, UCF, and other community volunteers painstakingly nurtured for several years. Five years ago, most other buyers wouldn’t have completely butchered this beloved history as he did. John Do and his wife are poor role models for their children and bad examples of their community.

Contrary to the real estate listing, there is nothing “serene” or “peaceful” about this property or life on Baron Road. Please change your description of this 805 Baron Road address to the following: “Your chance to buy a mass animal graveyard, site of a questionable overnight housefire that was never solved, location of multiple assault crimes from the past decade, constant source of un-neighborly noise, and a bundle full of questionable county code situations. Find out why Baron Road is nicknamed ‘Barren Row’ and ‘Heroin Load.’ Live just steps away from multiple methamphetamine manufacturers and convicted sex offenders!”

Please update your photos and description of this garbage property.

These opinions, which you are encouraged to research before forming your own, will also be published online in order to educate potential buyers. The list of realtors who received this warning will also be published.

John Do knows that his associate, Naipaul Bryan Ramphal, is a repeat batterer, stalker, thief, vandal, animal abuser, bully, pathological liar, suspected drug dealer, and possible arsonist. Ramphal’s wife Sherry Saran, adult children Randy Ramphal and Manisha Ramphal Recinos, and son-in-law Carlos Recinos, are engaged in his criminality. “John Do-shonest” has lied to enable this violent family, repeatedly and with knowledge. He made deliberate choices to strongly support the Ramphals. Baron Road has become even more unsafe because of Do’s repeated decisions. Buyers should consider whether they wish to build their future home on the land of hundreds of dead animal carcasses, Naipaul Ramphal’s multiple sadistic assaults on disabled seniors and veterans, a devastating fire, a possibly human remains.

On the right side of the 805 Baron Road property is an illegal nuisance six-acre for-profit pitbull kennel, calling itself the “Doglando Foundation.” It’s a racket owned by Nimesh Patel with his wife Teena Patel in Avalon Park. This fundraising scam has not filed taxes in years, but continues to take donations as a supposed charity. They dump highly aggressive dogs there that could not be adopted elsewhere. The Patels do not rehabilitate or properly contain them. The loud, vicious pitbulls escape and attack other people’s animals. It’s unsurprising that the Patels, like John Do, apparently don’t wish to live on Baron Road themselves, considering they’ve helped wreck it further.

Behind Baron Road on Malta Road is the moldy trailer of registered sex offender Anthony Cajigas. He impersonated a police officer at a public park, handcuffed an underage girl, took her back his residence, and raped her on his dirty mattress while she begged him to stop. He is noncompliant with his sex offender registry requirements, but Orange County Sheriff’s Office does not even arrest him. He and his attorney are donors to State Attorney Monique Worrell’s campaign.

Since John Do is so fond of Naipaul Ramphal, he should build his family home on that property. He can enjoy the Baron Road strife he supports.

Naipaul Ramphal has used his expensive attorneys, Rahan Joshi and Muna Abraham, to expunge his battery, theft, and vandalism indictments such as case 48-2022-CF-001326-O. However, the records have been saved and distributed by neighbors and ex-neighbors.  They may be shared with any potential buyers or real estate agents of this and other Baron Road properties.

Multiple Baron Road neighbors have been assaulted, harassed, stolen from, followed, illegally recorded without knowledge, and otherwise criminally targeted by Naipaul Ramphal, his wife Sherry Saran, and their adult children Randy Ramphal and Manisha Ramphal Recinos.  John Do has repeatedly lied for Ramphal to law enforcement and in legal proceedings, and likely will not be divulging all of most of the following opinions to you or your potential buyers. John Do lives conveniently far away from the damage he’s enabled on Baron. He and his wife own the DL Nails & Spa at 5957 South Goldenrod Road, Suite F in Orlando.

Do has enabled his associate Ramphal for years. In 2023, Do stalled a court proceeding in an aggravated battery and vandalism case against Ramphal by claiming at the last minute that Do spoke only Vietnamese and needed a taxpaid translator. Before that proceeding, John Do had provided a positive character reference, in fluent English for Naipaul Ramphal to the assistant prosecutor. This educated, middle-age business owner didn’t mention this supposed language problem to the assistant prosecutor until immediately before his scheduled testimony at the courthouse. The proceedings that month had to be cancelled at taxpayer expense. The following month before the scheduled trial, it was incorrectly claimed that Do spoke only Mandarin, a completely different language. This caused the need for a different translator. The case was then delayed again for several months due to translator, witness, and victim availability. Do speaks fluent English. This “sudden” realization that day that Do couldn’t speak English may have been triggered by Ramphal’s unethical attorney in order to dishonestly rearrange his answers due to testimony another person had given moments before Do was scheduled. He then had weeks to be coached by Ramphal’s immoral lawyer. When Do finally did testify with the taxpaid translator that he didn’t actually need, he repeatedly lied under oath. Are you trusting him to be truthful with you now regarding the status of this street?

If Do can’t speak English, what language do he and his associate Ramphal supposedly speak with each other – the dialects of cruelty and lies? John Do and his wife Xuan Tuyet Lai are bad role models for their two children.

John Do could have attempted to make Baron Road a safer place during his ownership. He could have just chosen to stay uninvolved. Instead, he repeatedly supported and lied for his associate Naipaul Ramphal, a longtime criminal and bully. Do chose to further deteriorate the lives of longtime Baron Road residents by knowingly empowering a family that was abusing them. John Do chose to further harm the already traumatized.

When criminal cases are dishonestly delayed, low-income victims are unable to attain services for community post-traumatic stress disorder counseling programs that require that court proceedings be concluded so that they’re "stabilized." Tampering with a violent crime case as he did complicates and compounds their ordeal.

John Do allows his adjoining property to be used for Ramphal’s drug-fueled multi-day parties that endanger and disrupt the neighborhood. Do has never apologized, in his fake-broken-English, Vietnamese, Mandarin, or any other language he claims to speak this month. Human remains may be present on John Do’s property.

The 805 Baron Road property was a longtime 2.6-acre animal rescue named Second Chance Wildlife Sanctuary. It closed about five years ago. Ramphal and his wife Shery Saran moved next door to them about a decade ago. They were fully aware that there was a large sanctuary when they bought that property. They were introduced to their potential neighbors by their broker before making their decision. The Ramphals could have chosen to buy one of several other available, vacant properties or houses in the area that were not next door or close to Second Chance. Ramphal and Saran were evicted by the nearby Avalon Park Homeowners Association for years of the same criminality and bullying when they lived on Topaz. The eviction was upheld. The Avalon Park HOA can be reached at 13401 Tanja King Boulevard, Orlando, or 407-249-9395. The Ramphals’ former restaurant business at 4455 Pine Hills was evicted several years ago for similar harassment and criminality. That eviction was also upheld. The landlord was Perdido Land Development. Their attorney is Robert Lerner. When this many people have similar experiences with Ramphals, the latter is  the problem.

The live-in Second Chance manager is an artist whose sculptures were on the grounds. John Do was aware that another rescue was interested in some of those works, but he and Ramphal apparently destroyed them.

Buyers should carefully examine the safety and history of the septic tank and well water. There are rumors about John Do possibly attempting to conceal issues with both. John Mina’s Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Orange County Animal Services, Florida State Attorney Monique Worrell’s Ninth Judicial Circuit, and Orange County Code Enforcement continue to completely fail this street. There are seven-year-old open code enforcement cases that have not been addressed, such as at drug-dealer and welfare-cheat Robert Tate’s backyard, which is full of his neighbors’ rusty stolen car parts and tools. He’s another Ramphal accomplice who sloppily lied for him in a court proceeding.

https://netapps.ocfl.net/CETitleViolationSearch/

The Avalon Park and Perdido matters were independent of each other. Those issues predate Baron Road residents and Second Chance volunteers meeting the Ramphals. The family bullied additional people in Minnesota, New York, and even Guyana. They repeatedly treat customer service employees at Publix, Sherwin Williams, and Home Depot badly. Manisha and Randy Ramphal are vividly remembered as bullies from their teen years. There is too much known history of the Ramphals harming different people in separate, unrelated situations over the past two decades to keep victim-blaming.

The Ramphals harassed the Second Chance volunteers for years. They leaned over the privacy fence made bigoted remarks. They illegally aimed cameras into the sanctuary and removed boards placed by volunteers on the Second Chance property in front of the cameras. The Ramphals threw large bricks as well as items that were on fire at the heads of volunteers and into their cars. They bombarded the Second Chance property with floodlights all night. Explosive devices were fired into the sanctuary and other neighbors’ properties at all hours. They leaned over the privacy fence and made oral sex and throat-slitting gestures. They made sexual remarks and harassed the underage disabled children of a board member.

The situation was covered on multiple news stories, with Ramphal using his misspelled middle name of “Brian” to avoid detection. The Ramphals have bullied and assaulted so many diverse types of people in varied situations in multiple counties for at least two decades to keep believing all of these are “He Said-She Said” matters. It’s time to start believing the years of victims who bravely came forward with their time and voices.

As stated, the Ramphals have clashed with several parties in the area, independent of Baron Road, Avalon Park, and Pine Hills. They are known for aggressive, dishonest, bullying and threats by the local Sherwin Williams, Publix, and Home Depot employees. There’s a long pattern with far too many different victims in dissimilar situations to explain away. The Ramphals, their adult son-in-law Carlos Recinos, and those who knowingly enable them for years such as John Do, have traumatized many good people.

On multiple occasions, the Ramphals have fired explosives into the property of Garrett Koepke. John Do is aware that the Ramphals have allegedly harmed Koepke’s animals and thrown large rocks into Koepke’s truck at his head. Koepke has reported this to Orange County law enforcement.

After moving to Baron, drunk driver Naipaul Bryan Ramphal and his family harassed the Second Chance nonprofit animal charity into eventual closure. They assaulted multiple underage and elderly volunteers and the manager Jim Bronzo. Naipaul Ramphal allegedly stole and killed multiple animals. He illegally mounted and aimed surveillance cameras into the Second Chance property, and removed their wooden boards located on charity’s property when the volunteers attempted to block the cameras with boards on their sanctuary land. John Do is aware that the entire family constantly fired missiles and bullets into the Second Chance property, and there are saved videos of these crimes. They were caught lying to Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies who responded to the scene. That case number is 48-2019-NM-003628. Those records have been saved and shared among multiple neighbors and ex-neighbors. It’s better for real estate agents to be transparent with their clients now.

This area is an illogical nightmare, and the complicity of Orange County with this matter is unacceptable. Don’t assume that your buyer can successfully report the problems as they can do elsewhere. Orange County’s courts, law enforcement, animal control, and code enforcement divisions have failed Baron Road’s residents for the past several years.  Naipaul Ramphal’s expensive pedophile-defending attorneys, Rajan Joshi and Muna Abraham, are close friends and donors of the area’s local lead prosecutor, Monique Worrell. The Ramphals hire off-duty Orange County Sheriff’s deputies as security for their multi-day drug-filled parties that disrupt the area and cause intoxicated drivers to endanger the roads. Their neighbors, who live in different directions and far distances away from the Ramphal household, often aren’t even aware at the time that the others are attempting to report it. They are not imagining these disturbances. When multiple residents separately attempt to report this disruption and danger by phone, they’re told by an Orange County dispatcher that the officers who are working there off-duty don’t hear or notice these problems. They’ve essentially “paid off” the authorities. This sometimes lasts for literally days, with the dispatchers telling callers that they aren’t experiencing and hearing what they independently are. Neighbors should record any and all incidents and disturbances involving the Ramphals because of the ineptitude of authorities. They should also consider recording their calls to Orange County, and disclose they’re doing so. Playing those recordings back and hearing the officials’ deliberate ineptitude helps alleviate their gaslighting, if nothing else. Callers should also upload those recordings to secure locations and share them with multiple out-of-state relatives or friends.

Ramphal approached multiple neighbors to pressure false testimony in a battery case. They arguably could have been persuaded by fear to lie for Ramphal in the case, but multiple neighbors bravely declined as they truly did not witness the incidents. John Do agreed to perjure himself for his associate Ramphal even though he owns no physical home on Baron Road, doesn’t live there, and was not present for the incidents. He had less at stake than those who declined to lie for Ramphal, such as a low-income neighbor who was offered money. This apparent statement of Do’s moral character should be considered by those doing business with him.

https://www.facebook.com/rajan.joshi.756/posts/it-was-such-an-honor-to-have-my-old-friend-monique-h-worrell-at-joshi-law-firm-p/10159123828411741/

If you move to or visit Baron Road, install a dash-cam in your car. If Naipaul Ramphal or a member of John Tate’s family approaches you, turn on the recorder on your phone. Always be armed. Ramphal will likely record assaulting you on his own phone, then deceitfully “edit” the footage later. His fraudulent videos of incidents appear to be spliced, accelerated, cropped, shortened, angled, along with missing audio and color. He perjures himself to law enforcement and courts, who do nothing when these video problems are pointed out to them. His attorneys harass the victims’ families and friends.

John Do has decided multiple times to impede consequences for his violent associate Naipaul Ramphal. For example, Do distracted Orange County law enforcement after Ramphal battered yet another disabled senior veteran and refused to come out of his home and gates to be arrested. John Do drove in his white Mercedes from his house in Waterford Trails to Baron Road, possibly to distract the responding officers at the behest of their violent associate Naipaul Ramphal. The footage of Do and his wife has been saved and shared. John Do and his wife Xuan Tuyet Lai appeared to be intentionally stalling the officers by unnecessarily staying outside Ramphal’s closed gate and asking the same question approximately every ten minutes. Do and his wife Xuan Tuyet “L-iar” claimed they understood the answer. About ten minutes later, Do viewed his phone, then asked officers the exact same question, and received the same answer. This happened several times. It appeared that Do was receiving texts on his phone, perhaps from Ramphal, who was stalling his arrest inside his gated house. In that bodycam footage, Do’s English-speaking ability was excellent.

About a year later, Do stalled a court proceeding by suddenly claiming that he needed a Vietnamese translator, immediately before it was to begin at the courthouse. He had spoken to the same assistant prosecutor in English on the phone prior to that proceeding, enthusiastically providing a positive character reference for his friend Ramphal. John Do and his wife were not participants, witnesses, or victims in the battery crime. It was dubious for John Do and his wife to drive to Baron Road that evening long after Ramphal’s violent crime, then for the Dos remain there. Their English ability can be seen on Orange County Sheriff’s bodycam footage, which has been saved and distributed by neighbors, ex-neighbors, and out-of-state entities. The video will be circulated regardless of whether Naipaul Ramphal’s or John Do’s neighbors, ex-neighbors, crime victims or anyone else they may accuse are murdered, served with legal threats, followed, recorded, stalked, assaulted, or go missing.

Perhaps this footage will one day be shared with Do’s children and Ramphal’s future grandchildren. They certainly don’t care about the toll this has taken on the neighborhood’s families with children.

John Do and his wife are not helpless in this matter. John Do and his wife were aware of the Ramphals’ violent crimes, dishonesty, and general cruelty. Among the people who clearly advised them were the Ramphals’ neighbors and crime victims, multiple Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies, and an assistant Ninth Circuit courts prosecutor. John Do made a choice.

John Do and his wife were approached four years ago by the few remaining law-abiding, non-violent, friendly, educated neighbors who remained on Baron Road at that time. Those neighbors attempted to welcome them, but the Dos habitually sped by their homes and avoided them. The Do family is also known as standoffish by most of their law-abiding, educated neighbors in Waterford Trails. The Dos could have similarly disengaged from the Ramphals but decided to further associate with and defend them.

It’s suspected by some that the overnight fire at Second Chance that killed dozens of animals was caused by the Ramphals. The family’s stories have changed several times between Saran’s oddly worded 911 call made after first responders were already arriving, the family’s news media interview the following week, and their stories recounted to neighbors over the years. Sherry Saran’s strange phrasing in her call to authorities and Naipaul Ramphal’s implausible claims about when he noticed the fire, do not align with witness accounts, first responder timelines, or basic logic. The family continued to sadistically send explosives into the sanctuary for more than two years after the fire. After one such projectile-launching incident three months after the fire, Sherry Saran was recorded on video viciously mocking Jim Bronzo regarding his four beloved dogs who died in the overnight blaze. The family then threw large stones at the heads of Bronzo and two other neighbors who were lawfully standing on Baron Road. These recordings will be shared regardless of whether people are murdered, abducted, or legally threatened. The family continued their sadistic harassment after the fire until the sanctuary permanently closed a few years later. Dozens of animals were left without homes. Even if the Ramphals didn’t cause that fire, they sadistically chose to brutally abuse the sanctuary and its unpaid volunteers that were attempting to rebuild afterward. Ramphal assaulted and harmed Jim Bronzo’s volunteers who did not know him and were not involved in the disputes. Ramphal can make his outrageous claims about Bronzo, but he doesn’t mention his crimes upon uninvolved and innocent people. There was no reason for Ramphal to assault and stalk underage, disabled, female, and senior volunteers, many of whom had no history, opinion, or knowledge of the matter. These were good people who just wanted to serve the community and help animals, and most of them had literally never met or spoken to Ramphal, who left his own property to walk down Baron Road to criminally victimize them. Ramphal has been hurting people for years before and after he and Jim Bronzo were neighbors. Hopefully, when John Do’s own children perform their mandated high school community service projects, they won’t encounter a neighboring monster like the ones that their own parents enable.

Baron Road’s current nickname is “Heroin Row.” There are multiple alleged large drug dealers, including Don Eric Ballard, and Ramphal’s contractors and friends, brothers John Richard Tate and Robert Donald Tate. The largest known drug dealer in Orange County history, George Pherai-Bogeajis, was arrested by federal agents around the corner at 16626 Bearle Road just two years ago. There are several other dealers in the area who have not yet been arrested. Drug distributors have proliferated in the past seven years, largely because the Ramphals ruined any sense of community that used to exist. They’re predators who divide and isolate people. John Do made the free choice to help the Ramphals when he had other options, which perhaps speaks to his own character. Now it appears that John Do wishes to pass along the problem he helped worsen for nearly five years to an uninformed buyer.

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/16626-Bearle-Rd-Orlando-FL-32828/123471248_zpid/

John Tate’s family lives in several houses in the area. They are violent drug-dealers who, like Naipaul Ramphal, have had their records expunged. John Tate prowls his neighbors’ properties with a gun in order to steal livestock and tools. When he’s caught on other people’s land with his gun, he says he’s “just hunting.” People are often afraid to report it. His ex-wife Crystal has allegedly abused roommates and elderly women. John poured gasoline under a pickup truck and attempted to set it on fire in the Ace Hardware parking lot near Avalon Park Boulevard. The next generation is equally dangerous, with Jason Tate also committing crimes. The family has apparently had several criminal records expunged. Some neighbors had already saved those records and may be reaching out to the eventual buyer of Baron Road properties.

Vicious dogs, including Naipaul Rampal’s multiple pit bulls, run loose on this street. Orange County Animal Control usually will not respond. One of those dogs is Ramphal’s aggressive pit bull “Benjamin Buttons,” which has attacked neighbors, their pets, local wildlife, and Orange County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Paul Ortiz. Rampal has multiple unleashed aggressive dogs that have caused neighbors to be unable to go for morning walks as they previously did for years. Naipaul Ramphal isolates his victims. The dogs have killed multiple animals. It’s not a question of whether you’ll be chased or bitten by a large dog on Baron Road, it’s when. You cannot safely ride bicycles or meet your neighbors outside on this street. Formerly close neighbors have become detached from each other.

The Ramphals’ senior neighbor, Rosalie Arnemann, is terrified of the entire Ramphal family. Naipaul Ramphal has threatened the woman with his pit bulls multiple times. One of his multiple unleashed aggressive dogs attacked hers, causing serious neck injuries. The same one attacked Orange County Paul Ortiz, who was responding after Naipaul Ramphal carried a brick from his own property to 805 Baron Road in order to batter the head and smash the eyeglasses of a senior disabled Second Chance volunteer who did not know or provoke him. Do was aware of this incident and more but chose to enable Ramphal for years.

You can speak to the Ramphals’ neighbor, Richard Harger, regarding the separate harassment and multiple violent incidents he and his Asian wife have endured for years - including when he was undergoing leukemia treatments. He alleges that Naipaul and Randy Ramphal have killed his pets, stolen his property, thrown burning objects into his car when Harger was driving, and deliberately followed him in traffic on East Colonial several times. Harger is a disabled veteran who further alleges that Naipaul and Randy Ramphal deliberately smeared human feces and paint on a new American flag before deliberately ripping it. He claims that Randy Ramphal has broken glass bottles on his driveway. John Do is aware that Harger said that Naipaul Bryan Ramphal “is a terrorist.” Harger saved court and law enforcement records, some of which were expunged by the courts. He’s aware of other neighbors and ex-neighbors who are willing to speak about this issue.
Harger is not the only senior disabled US military veteran who has independently reported to law enforcement that he was criminally victimized by Naipaul Ramphal in multiple, separate incidents. John Do is aware of these issues and more. When will it be time to stop blaming the Ramphals’ victims?

Below is the written opinion of former Second Chance manager Jim Bronzo, shared after he fled Baron Road.

“Naipaul is a scary deranged human being. I lived peacefully for 36 years with all my neighbors owning Second Chance Wildlife Sanctuary..turns out he was building a huge million dollar house next door and wanted me and the animals gone. He has fought with most of the neighbors.killed some my animals..and suspiciously my house burnt to the ground two days after I was on the news.

I went before the county board and spoke with Jerry Demmings about the deteriorating situation.  He told my neighbor Rose Arnemann he will call every organization constantly to wear me down and force me to leave. He then called me, and I have a witness that he was going to ‘kill me and kill Richard Harger.’ Another neighbor he doesn't get along with.  He shot his guns and fireworks for hours and hours terrorizing the animals.  Forcing my lamas to bust thru the fence and then called the Ag cops and I would get fined.  I moved from there because the police did absolutely nothing.  This is all public record.  I miss my sanctuary and my dogs that perished in the fire.  The man is a bully.  And just a matter of time he truly kills someone. Contact me anytime if you want to know more.”

There are alleged criminals and enablers constantly circulating through Ramphal’s and Saran’s encampment. This includes their adult son Randy Ramphal and Manisha Ramphal Recinos along with Manisha’s husband Carlos Recinos, who apparently live there.  They run their building contracting and demolition businesses of oddly changing names, along with potential criminal enterprises. Two of the names are R Squared Contracting and Engineering, and Restoration Professional. Their unleashed dogs bark at all hours and wander the neighborhood. Naipaul Ramphal and Sherry Saran yell at their contractors, some of whom may be violent undocumented migrants who also stay at the Ramphal encampment. There is constant noise and you will not have a “peaceful” or “serene” existence that the real estate listing promises. Their businesses may be engaging in elder and insurance fraud after hurricanes.

https://www.myfloridalicense.com/portalsearches/VerifyLicensee/LicenseDetail?ID=8703BDF88896FF12E44B7FFBE16EC6B8

There are several criminals who visit the Ramphals’ compound. One of them is wildlife poacher and accused child molester Thomas Gordon Barbour. The John Richard Tate family of drug dealers from Baron and Bearle also spend time there.

Passing the trash off to an unsuspecting buyer is unethical. It’s not too late for John Do and his wife Xuan Tuyet Lai to provide a moral example to their underage children. They can drive that white Mercedes to the Baron Road addresses of people they harmed and make their overdue apologies. John Do can call the courts and explain, in English, that he perjured himself. Then, the Dos can build their family home next door to their good friends, Naipaul Bryan Ramphal and Sherry Saran.  On the land they chose to destroy.

Potential Baron Road buyers should not be fooled into believing that the Ramphals surely aren’t going to “go through” with a bizarrely violent act, or that they “can’t be” doing something so despicable because normal people wouldn’t do the same. These predators take advantage of good people giving them the benefit of the doubt. Chances are high that they’re doing something even worse than their victims suspected. Patience and good faith are wasted on Naipaul Ramphal, Sherry Saran, their adult children, and their paid hires.

The Ramphals quietly bought an empty retail building at the corner of Sherman and State Route 50, 15200 E Colonial/1683 Sherman Street, more than three years ago. It’s believed they purchased this building in order to record their neighbors, intimidate victims, follow people, and watch out for approaching law enforcement. They illegally killed large trees and other plants that impeded their camera views, but otherwise did not drastically change the property. They apparently do not use that building, other than for its remote cameras. It was and is not a financial investment for them, as the property values have remained lower than the purchase price and they continue paying taxes, camera monitoring costs, and upkeep. They painted it an ugly gray color that’s not a testament for their supposed contracting work. This corner is one of the few entrances into the area since Old Cheney Highway became unusable. It’s a hardship for long list of targeted neighbors from Baron Road and his former Avalon Park location to avoid that entrance, especially if they are approaching the area from the east. It’s believed that the Ramphal family intentionally bought this strategic location for their criminality. It’s also suspected the building is a remote “lookout” for Ramphal’s friends from the John Richard Tate household who have prowled and broken into neighbors’ properties, as this gives them a warning of several minutes that the neighbor is returning home. The Sherman building is apparently not used for any other purpose, more than three years later. The Ramphals are suspected to be using additional locations in the area to record and harass their neighbors, as well as to watch out for approaching law enforcement. People who fled Baron Road said they won’t be surprised if, one day, the Ramphals’ encampment is surrounded with yellow police tape and there are excavation crews.

Real estate agents and potential buyers should research the physical legality and safety of the property. When it was sold to John Do, it was sloppily and illegally razed, which slowly suffocated dozens of gopher tortoises who lived there despite state laws that forbid this. This land should be considered a mass animal graveyard, as the Second Chance sanctuary also buried hundreds of animals there. It’s unknown whether the land was left structurally unsafe from the mysterious fire and illegal razing. John Do allows the Ramphals to use the land as overflow for their illegal drug-fueled multi-day parties. Search for leftover drug syringes, hidden weapons, dead human remains, and other contraband. Inspect the well water and septic conditions. It’s unlikely that there are leftover projectiles from when the Ramphals were terrorizing the Second Chance sanctuary, since John Do butchered the land afterward.

John Do is aware of these issues and more. His selfish selections for the past four years made life and property ownership worse for the law-abiding, good people who actually lived on Baron Road. Conveniently for Do, he lives in Waterford Trails where an HOA would evict a Naipaul Ramphal or a John Tate.

If you would like to read more allegations about life on Baron Road, there is the Florida Transport Network animal charity fundraising book on Amazon, “Anarchy Acres: The Burning of Second Chance Wildlife Sanctuary.” People have fled Baron Road before selling their homes because of harassment from the Ramphals and other alleged drug distributors. Orange County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers often don’t even send officers to this area when they receive calls about it. They don’t patrol. The same failures can be said about the animal control and code enforcement departments.

Jim Bronzo is not alone in his prediction. Others have said it’s a matter of time before Naipaul Ramphal murders a neighbor. Will it be your real estate client?

Multiple people who don’t live in Florida have agreed to publish and share this letter. This information has been securely saved on multiple clouds, so an overnight arson or burglary isn’t advised this time. Distribution will continue even if Naipaul Ramphal’s or John Do’s neighbors, ex-neighbors, or crime victims or anyone else they accuse of sending this are murdered, served with legal threats, followed, recorded, stalked, assaulted, or go missing.

This note should be considered only as opinions.  You’re welcome to forward to regulatory agencies, news media, real estate professionals, or others who may be interested.
